Heroes of the World and Beyond Large-hotwab-v2
Comic Title: Heroes of the World and Beyond
Tag Line: Earth's Mighties.... Available Heroes!
Elevator Pitch: Heroes of the World and Beyond brings a cast of superhero characters created since the artist's childhood to early adulthood and combines them all in to one big metahuman scenario. The idea was to bring the innocence of childhood creations to life with a mature art style and storytelling. The scenario focuses on the media aspects of modern heroism, selling the product of good vs. evil, while the reality of the morally grey areas provides the conflict between characters. Heroes can basically make a living as a celebrity, this doesn't mean it's an easy job, the bad guys are real enough and your performance in the field impacts on sales. There are some genuinely good guys out there, but it's hard to find one! Then there's the scientists and magicians poking about with dimensional travel. That's going to work out well, isn't it…

Other Information: Heroes of the World and Beyond (HOTWAB) is a webcomic project really aimed at getting me up to speed with the current webcomic scene, upping my skills, and telling all those superhero stories I've wanted to do for years. I have an interest in horror and fantasy tales which I hope to explore later. The story in HOTWAB is still in early stages, and in the future I will include a more staple setting which involves MMORPG and cross-genre elements.
