Well, the point just flew over your head.

Multiple genres in one story shouldn't matter. You pick the primary one and go with that. If you have more than one genre, then that's what tags and subgenres are for.

The comic I used as an example will always be described as a sci-fi, because that's the primary genre. Everything else is secondary.
